Shipping and ReturnPolicy 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is defective or the error is on our part. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our mistake, please contact us at cjmoon1303@gmail.com
within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Please note that orders are not shipped daily. All purchases ship within 10 days—often sooner. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s available.

As a small business, I cannot personally insure your package. However, each shipping charge includes $100 of insurance. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for reimbursement. The carrier typically requires proof of damage, and this cannot be done on your behalf.
