Please note that orders are not shipped daily. All purchases ship within 10 days—often sooner. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s available.

As a small business, I cannot personally insure your package. However, each shipping charge includes $100 of insurance. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier for reimbursement. The carrier typically requires proof of damage, and this cannot be done on your behalf.

I take extra care to package each order securely, but once an item is scanned in for delivery, I am not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit.
